It heats up very well, holds a charge for quite a long time, the vibration is good but a bit loud. It arrived in Germany in 6 days including holidays.

I really like it, I bought it for the girl who feels a lot of pain when her period comes and it's perfect.-
My wife liked it very much. It has 4 vibrations and 4 temperature controls ranging from 45 to 69 degrees. I'm not sure if it really reaches that temperature.
The belt is a high quality product with good battery backup. The vibration and heating functions are working very good.
Everything arrived well, the box was a bit damaged but nothing major. As for the product itself, it heats up super well and quickly. The vibrator function is okay but still a bit noisy; that would be the only but, but the rest is fine.
It is thin, has a smooth surface in contact with the skin, provides pleasant warmth and vibration, and has a soft elastic belt.
